The ingestion of caustic soda is frequently a source complications. Esophageal stenosis remains among them the most frequent complication and by far formidable. Pyloric rare following soda. We report through this clinical case, cicatricial pyloric after associated with esophagus having caused vomiting onset severe malnutrition. diagnosis was confirmed oeso-gastro-duodenal transit (OGDT) child underwent under general anesthesia an enlargement pyloroplasty according to Mikulicz initially esophageal dilation secondly candle SAVARY. postoperative follow-up favorable improvement signs progressive weight gain 06 months. evolution monthly sessions good resumption transit.
